Émile Charles Baillargeon-Laberge is a Canadian professional wrestler and fourth degree Taekwondo black belt, better known by his ring name "Speedball" Mike Bailey.

He is the former two-time IWS World Heavyweight Champion and former two-time KO-D Tag Team Champion. Bailey was also the winner of CZW's 2015 Best of the Best and DDT's 2016 DNA Grand Prix tournaments.

In March 2016, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that Bailey got arrested trying to get into the United States to compete for EVOLVE. He was subsequently banned from entering the country at all for the next five years. The Observer reported that he was in the process of obtaining a visa through Combat Zone Wrestling at the time of his ban, however the process was going extremely slowly and would have forced him to miss the EVOLVE booking.
